Booking process
New students
- Fill the New student registration form
- Wait for the email confirmation and invoice.
- Make payment via E-transfer to info@pencilstudio.ca
- See you in class!
We provide all the supplies, but you are welcome to bring your own if you wish :)
After the first trial, here are the options:
- Flexible - you pre-paid a package of 5 or 10 classes and you can book anytime on the schedule to come within a year
- Fixed Term - you are committed to come weekly on the same time slot for a term to enjoy the best value
- Pay as you go
Current students
A "BOOKEO" booking account will be setup for those who join more classes after their first trial.

Flexible class pass students
Please Book class (preferably at least 24 hours prior) before attending.
Cancellation (at least 24 hours prior) can be done using the BOOKEO system on your own

Fixed Term students
Booking is done by us, you do not need to book using the system.
Cancellation & make up class must be informed via Email with explanation. See full policy here
You can view your bookings in the BOOKEO system, but you do not need to do any booking/cancellation there.
By the end of the term ...
We will email you an invoice for the next month's fixed program.
