New students

- Wait for the email confirmation and invoice.
- Make payment via E-transfer to info@pencilstudio.ca
- See you in class!
We provide all the supplies, but you are welcome to bring your own if you wish :)
After the first trial ...
If you wish to continue, here are the options:
- Flexible 5 class pass (1 year expiry)
- Valued monthly fixed program
- Pay as you go

Current students
A "BOOKEO" booking account will be setup for those who join more classes after their first trial.
Check email for login information
Students with Flexible class pass:
Please Book class (preferably at least 24 hours prior) before attending.
Cancellation (at least 24 hours prior) can be done using the BOOKEO system on your own

Students with Fixed monthly program:
Booking is done by us, you do not need to book using the system.
Cancellation & make up class must be informed via Email with explanation. See full policy here
You can view your bookings in the BOOKEO system, but you do not need to do any booking/cancellation there.
By the end of the month ...
We will email you an invoice for the next month's fixed program.
